Cabinet of Curiosity

found wood, metal, plexi-glass, fiberglass, found-objects

15ft x 6ft x 13ft

Based on the cabinets of curiosities from the 1500s, this piece was made as a container for small treasures. It was created in collaboration with David Cudney who contributed the curiosities inside the cabinet,  including small paintings, a doll assemblage, and dioramas.  These miniature scenes are encased in a wooden cabinet of intricate pattern.
