More Clouds to Come, and other things in 2019

This year is shaping up to be a fun one. Next week I leave for Denver, Colorado!!! I will be there for about two months building a ride at Elitch Gardens with my art family, AKA Meow Wolf!  Here is what I have on my plate so far!

Lohengrin

Albuquerque’s local Opera company, Opera Southwest, at the end of March will be debuting Lohengrin! Guess what!!!!

I did the stage design!!! it’s based on a previous installation Forest Fire, Seen Above. So that’s a thing, might be worth checking out! Opening night is March 29th check https://www.operasouthwest.org/

A Place to Ponder

A Place To Ponder

Last year I was awarded the Fulcrum Fund through 516 Arts and The Andy Warhol Foundation. The Grant will be funding the first work in my project Lost Highways. I will be posting more about this project and I am currently building the project’s website.  For this work, the viewer will be able to enter the clear 4 ft x 4 ft x 4 ft cube for contemplation; while water flows over the structure. This is definitely a work to see in person! This work will be debuted in Albuquerque in August 2109. Stay tuned for more deets
