In an effort to expand childhood playfulness to adults, the Hand Eye Collective built a massive teeter totter. Commissioned by Emerge Albuquerque, a division of Americans for the Arts Emerging leaders network ; this teeter totter has seen over 1000 riders in the three times it has been presented.
